According to Marci Hardware’s return policy, customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the delivery. A valid reason for the return must be provided, along with clear images showing any damage or product malfunction.
Any return request submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will be subject to Marci Hardware’s sole discretion and may be declined.
